Using method:
1, Weight: dosage is up to polymerization formulation and solution concentration
2, Put the weighted cool water with the temperature lower than 30℃ into the dissolving tank
3, Start to stir it
4, Put HWP60Z into dissolving tank slowly in case of caking.
5, Stirring it to make it fully swelling.
6, Heat it gradually and make the temperature to 70-80°C in 30 minutes (Notice: do not heat it quickly and the temperature should not be so high. If the temperature is higher than 80°C, it will appear precipitate.), and then keep stirring for 60 minutes.
7, Cooling: Cool the solution to below 30°C, and put the transparent solution after filtration into storage tank, then get some of it to analyze its solid content. (Notice: when it is stored in hot summer, the solution is easy to turn white when the temperature is higher than 40°C. So, it is feasible to set the pipe coil to below 25-30°C to guarantee the polymerization process.) |
