2,Properties
Soluble in water with transparent water solution.
At usual temperature, the PH value of its water solution is about 5-7 with steady viscosity. It will not be impacted by weak acid, weak alkali and organic solvent (ester, ketone, higher alcohols and hydrocarbon) with high oil-resistance.
Compatibility: it is dissolving in starch, synthetic resin, cellulose derivative and all sorts of surfactant
3,Use
It is mainly used in the surface sizing of printing paper, photo paper, specialty paper, top quality paper, etc. Using this product can increase the water-proof of paper, toughness and tearing performance. It has proper viscosity and well solubility. It can increase the surface intension of paper, prevent the spreading and penetration of water quality liquid, increase the oil-proof and solvent-proof performance, strengthen tensile strength, cracking-proof, folding strength and antifriction strength; It can effectively improve suitability of printing and control the penetration of ink into paper to meet the quality need of sorts of papers
4,Using method
1, Weight: it is weighed according to demand.
2, Put the weighted cool water into the dissolving tank and start to stir it.
3, Put sizing agent for paper-1 into dissolving tank slowly in case of caking.
4, Stirring it to make it fully swelling. Heat it gradually and make the temperature to 90-95°C in 30 minutes (Notice: do not heat it quickly and the temperature should not be so high.), and then keep stirring for 60 minutes to make product fully dissolved. Reduce the temperature of the solution by stirring to below 30℃, and then put the transparent solution into dissolving tank and get some sample for analyzing its content. |
